Hygiene is of critical importance to Crusader Meats New Zealand. Our custom built plant is known in the industry for its superior hygiene standards. Our plant complies with RMP (Risk Management Programme) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards. It is EU, USDA and Halal licensed. All processing takes place under rigorous New Zealand MAF (Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries) standards and our facilities are licensed with NZFSA (New Zealand Food Safety Authority).

Only quality livestock is selected and we have robust systems in place to ensure farmers provide a pure and natural product.
